Message from ISA President

On behalf of the entire Board of Directors of the International Society of Amyloidosis (ISA) and the Program Committee, we cordially invite you to become a part of the XX ISA International Symposium on Amyloidosis (ISA 2026) taking place at the Radisson Victoria Plaza Hotel in Montevideo, Uruguay, November 15-18, 2026. We are delighted to welcome you to the most vibrant and exciting global event in this field, where the greatest minds will come together to tackle the critical challenges in amyloidosis today.

The biennial ISA Symposium is a truly international meeting and attracts delegates from around the world. Healthcare professionals attending ISA 2026 represent a variety of medical specialties and fields, including clinicians and scientists in the fields of hematology, cardiology, neurology, internal medicine and nephrology as well as other specialties from all over the globe. ISA continues to ensure its Symposia meet high content standards and provide superb educational and scientific value to all its attendees. It is the most important meeting in the field of amyloidosis, with new data and cutting-edge science presented by Key Opinion Leaders to an engaged international audience.

The Latin American Program Committee, along with the international Scientific Committee, are planning a mixture of various state-of-the-art lectures, podium presentations, poster presentations, interactive sessions, and educational workshops. It is expected that approximately 1000 physicians, scientists, and other healthcare providers including Latin American physicians new to amyloidosis will come to Montevideo to attend ISA 2026.
